Kelsie Williams
Kelsie has more than 12 years of experience in the medical field and has been a valued member of the CCENT team for the past three years. She began her time with CCENT as a Front Desk Receptionist/Prior Authorization Specialist and now serves as the Office Manager. In her current role, Kelsie is dedicated to ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional support to both patients and staff.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio (GO BUCKS!), Kelsie relocated to Cape Coral in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and their dog, Tucker.
Mathew
Mathew serves as a Security Compliance Officer and IT specialist at CCENT, specializing in upholding cybersecurity standards. Passionate about learning and technology, Mathew dedicates his free time to studying computer science, learning about the world around him, and spending time with his loved ones.

Jacob
Jacob addresses operational needs to ensure a seamless workflow within CCENT. Jacob is a junior in college. He has an interest in business, music, and effective communication. In his free time, Jacob likes to play the guitar and spend time with friends and family. Jacob also enjoys weightlifting and holds 1st in his weight class in Florida and 5th in the world. Jacob and his team brought home the USA team gold medal.

These individuals are the smiling face of our team. Our experienced and professional reception team is committed to providing first-rate assistance while always maintaining a warm and friendly environment in the office. They are always happy to answer any questions about scheduling, insurance, location, or otherwise direct you to someone who can better assist you.
Courtney
Courtney has 17 years of experience as a receptionist in the medical field. She has been working at CCENT for over 8 years at the front desk primarily handling referrals, authorizations, and insurance verifications. Courtney has lived in Cape Coral for over 19 years. Originally from Southern California, but growing up in northern Idaho, Courtney has come to enjoy everything from beach days and volleyball to camping, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and three sons.

Medical Assistants
These individuals assist our providers and patients by completing administrative and clinical tasks in our office. keeping our office flowing smoothly and efficiently. When your appointment begins, one of our expert medical assistants will direct you to your room and collect any necessary information for the provider. In addition to overseeing many of our daily procedures, our medical assistants are always happy to answer any questions you may have about patient health information.
Katia
Katia has 10+ years of experience in the medical field. She is a Phlebotomist, medical assistant, Spanish interpreter and currently works in the medical field as the Coordinator of Cape Coral ENT Center. Katia enjoys living life to the fullest as a happy, positive person. She enjoys music, dancing, wine, jokes, people, and animals. She is married with two amazing kids and has 4 pets (2 huskies, one cat, and a turtle). Being kind to others is her philosophy.
Sahely
Sahely Alfonso Rodriguez is a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She is a foreign-trained physician with a strong background in clinical medicine and public health, having practiced in Cuba and Guatemala before continuing her healthcare career in the United States. At Cape Coral ENT, she assists with patient assessments, supports minor in-office procedures, and works closely with providers in the diagnosis and care of ear, nose, throat, sinus, and allergy conditions. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Sahely is dedicated to clear communication, empathy, and professionalism in every patient encounter. Her goal is to ensure that each patient feels understood, respected, and cared for with excellence.
Lisbeth
Lisbeth Garcia is a certified Medical Assistant with experience in otolaryngology, pain management, and allergy care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and efficient support to both patients and providers. Outside of the clinic, Lisbeth enjoys spending time with her children and relaxing to her favorite music.
