Courtney has 17 years of experience as a receptionist in the medical field. She has been working at CCENT for over 8 years at the front desk primarily handling referrals, authorizations, and insurance verifications. Courtney has lived in Cape Coral for over 19 years. Originally from Southern California, but growing up in northern Idaho, Courtney has come to enjoy everything from beach days and volleyball to camping, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and three sons. 

Kelsie has over eight years of experience working in the medical field. She moved from Columbus, Ohio (Go, Bucks!) to Cape Coral in 2021. In her free time, Kelsie likes to hang out with her husband, son and dog, Tucker.

Fernando overseas the check-in process. at CCENT. Fernando is originally from Colombia and has been living in the United States since 2017. After spending five years in Colorado, he relocated to Cape Coral in 2022. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at Florida SouthWestern State College. During his free time, Fernando enjoys engaging in physical activities at the gym, playing basketball, and watching movies. 

Katia has 10+ years of experience in the medical field. She is a phlebotomist, medical assistant, Spanish interpreter and currently works in the medical field as the Coordinator of Cape Coral ENT Center. Katia enjoys living life to the fullest as a happy, positive person. She enjoys music, dancing, wine, jokes, people, and animals. She is married with two amazing kids and has 4 pets (2 huskies, one cat, and a turtle). Being kind to others is her philosophy. 

Jaime is a graduate of South University with an associates in medical assisting. She also graduated from Keiser University with an associates in occupational therapy. Jaime has worked as a medical assistant for 16 years across several different specialties such as sleep medicine, pulmonology, asthma allergy, and mostly internal medicine. Jaime is married to a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Army and has 3 children. She also has a small zoo consisting of 2 dogs, a guinea pig, and a crested gecko. She enjoys family time and adores animals. Jaime has several hobbies including thrill seeking, traveling, fossil hunting, exploring nature and different beaches, and spending her free time playing softball as a part of 3 different leagues!

Yessica is a qualified medical assistant responsible for assisting our providers. Yessica was born in Colombia and wanted to work in the medical field since she was young. Today, helping others still brings her a great feeling. Yessica enjoys sports, watching Grey's Anatomy, and loves learning from others. She has two wonderful daughters who look up to her, and she works hard every day to be the best single mother she can be. That is the most important part of her life!
