Dr. Wingert came to SW Florida in 1979, following active duty military assignments.  He was the first ENT Specialist in Cape Coral and has had a continuous practice in our city for over 40 years covering all aspects of ENT and Head and Neck surgery.

Robert T. Paquin, MMS, MBA, PA-C

Mr. Ted Paquin has 15 years of experience in ENT and joined Cape Coral Ear Nose and Throat Center in 2016. His primary interests are in general otolaryngology and allergies. Mr. Paquin is a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves and has served proudly for over 10 years.  Before joining Dr. Wingert he was practicing general ENT in Champaign, Illinois.  He has also worked as a medical provider on humanitarian missions on the US/Mexico border with the Department of Homeland Security.

Irina Nescot, MMS, PA-C

Mrs. Irina Nescot has over 25 years of experience in otolaryngology. Irina served as an ENT Physician in Russia and continued her career in the United States as a Physician Assistant. Her extensive experience consists of practicing at Johns Hopkins University Department of ENT in Baltimore and at the Swedish Medical Center Department of ENT and Neurosurgery in Seattle. Irina specializes in general otolaryngology, otology, vestibular disorders, and neurology. Irina holds professional memberships at the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Neurocritical Care Society.
